SLR Course Understanding the fundamentals This four hour theory course will guide you through the key features of your SLR camera and show you when and how to use them for instantly better and more creative photos. This short course is perfect for the beginner who is keen to explore their cameras manual settings and leave the automatic 'point and shoot' modes behind. |
Practical SLR course Put the theory into practice A follow up to our popular SLR course or for those more confident with their camera and an understanding of exposure, aperture, shutter speed and ISO. This short practical session involves an afternoon of picture taking and trying out different photography techniques including low light and night photography. This course is held around the Brisbane Southbank parklands. |

Studio lighting workshop Get creative with lighting Our studio workshop will guide you through the basics of shooting in a studio environment. The course covers camera settings, an overview of studio equipment and most importantly how to use it. An informative and hands-on workshop involving shooting with a model and a popular introduction to the fundamentals of studio based photography. |
One-to-One Private photography tuition With Learn Photography One-to-One tuition the focus is on you and you only. We will be able to help you understand your SLR camera by talking you through your camera features, answering your questions as well as taking photos and reviewing and discussing the results. We can cover the same subjects as in our other courses or tailor the time to suit your particular needs - it's up to you. |
